Error on upgrading WP from 2.7.1 to 2.8
I upgraded my WP installation with latest WP release (2.8). After auto upgrading this I was getting error when Admin area is accessed, Error was looking something like Call to a member function read() on a non-object in html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 387. I tried installing it manually with overwriting all files in installation folder, but that didnt helped me.
Anyone has solution ??
Google Search New Improvement
Over past few years Google Search is improved a lot, from starting Image search, Blog search to suggesting Search Keywords to user.
I can see one more addition to Keyword suggestion feature, which shows a direct link in suggest box for first possible url of search keyword following with suggested keyword and then ‘Search’ and ‘I am feeling lucky’ buttons at the top of it, this is useful for those who use Search button click to search phrases.
Google Image Search by Colors
I noticed amazing thing in google image search that is ‘Color Select’ button, by which you can filter Image Results by color and it works very nicely. With that there is selection for Image Types and Image Sizes.

WordPress Plugin – Snazzy Archives
I came across nice wordpress plugin for archives, which is called Snazzy Archives.
This plugin shows blog archives in non traditional way. It starts with showing year and then all month are places in front of it horizontally and days below each month vertically. When clocked on Day it reveals the posts published on that day with some JQuery effect. There is option to show Image thumbnail for each article. Plugin comes 3 other layouts as well. Snazzy Archive page can be created like any other page and just placing simple tag in it. For further information you can visit author’s page for this plugin.
I liked this plugin and had try with it immediately, check my archives page for this.
New Design and Domain
